It's worth to remember about frequent refilling of liquids during the flight. It helps to avoid dehydration of organism to which older people are more exposed than younger passengers.
It's recommended to do some exercises in the sitting position and to stretch legs from time to time during the flight – it helps to avoid limbs swelling caused by long maintaining a sitting position.
